Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I stated that I hadn't received the item that I had paid for, I was entitled to a full refund and telling me to resolve the matter with the provider was unacceptable if not illegal. I had to more or less threaten legal action before the matter was resolved.

I paid for an MS Office product in Oct 2024. The product cannot be activated as Microsoft states it is a corporate product or fake.

Either way, I have not been able to access a product I purchased via Groupon. When I contacted them, they referred me back to the seller, who told me to try again and again. They will not refund me, nor will Groupon communicate with me. They took my money for a product that appears to be an illegal copy of a program and will not refund me.

This has been going on now for nearly 4 months, and I have had enough of the try again messages. No product equals refund.

Had a voucher that I wanted to redeem before it expires. So a wk before my birthday I got intouch with the salon only to be told the new owner doesn't allow groupon vouchers and to go back to them for a refund..I have emailed groupon 5 days ago and had no response so I am having to celebrate my birthday without a treat..unhappy customer

I bought an ottoman bed with a mattress. Transaction was fine, delivery was fine but the mattress is awful.

It is described as memory spring but there is no memory in it at all. After one night there were dents where we slept that did not go away.

I have contacted them through the bot and received an auto email saying they would respond in 48 working hours. 10 days later and no response so I have attempted to use the bot again. I am told there was a technical error and I will receive an email when resolved.

I was not expecting a top of the range mattress for the price but did expect it to be better than our 10 year old previous mattress.

It is not. Neither of us can sleep properly, every time one of us moves the other feels it and you can feel the springs when lying on it.

The ottoman base is great but I would definitely not recommend buying a mattress from Groupon.

I have used Groupon for many years and have never had a problem until now. I purchased a gift for a relative and when she has tried to use it the merchant has refused, first stating they no longer accept them and then when questioned changing from lie to lie and Groupon are refusing to issue a refund.

They state that it is over the 14 day period. The voucher has an expiry date of 2026 and the merchant is refusing it so I don't believe the 14 day period counts. I purchased something and it is not being provided.

I will never use Groupon again now. Very disappointing customer service.

Groupon advertising to use the services of a merchant who the merchant either cancels appointments or she keeps stood up the. Customers when they turned up for the pre booked appointment.
The merchant is unreliable.
I had booked an appointment last Sunday on: 5th of January 2025 and the merchant cancelled it.
The Merchant (Ruth, 2 Townsend Road, Swinton
M27 6SH ).

The merchant agreed to issue me a refund.
But the Groupon UK refused to issue me a refund.
I have a screenshot that she texted me to say that she was snowed in 2) I had an appointment with the same merchant yesterday on 12th of January 2025 at 3pm and she stood me up
I turned up in my appointment and the merchant had their blinds of their salon shut.
I was waiting in the freezing cold for ages (I have screenshots that I asked the merchant to respond to my 7 phonecalls and the merchant stood me up when she supposedly to be in for my appointment
However I provided to Groupon.UK with all the relevant information & screenshots to highlight what happened.
Groupon refused to issue me a refund.
The Merchant (Ruth, 2 Townsend Road, Swinton
M27 6SH ). had agreed to issue me a refund.
But the Groupon UK refused to issue me a refund

Very concerning that there is no one to contact if there are any queries so am disinclined to use them again

It has been virtually impossible to contact Groupon regarding a deal that is not being recognised by the restaurant, even though it is constantly advertised on Groupon and has good reviews. When I phoned the restaurant directly to ask about a date, he said they dont do Groupon.

I eventually started a live chat with Groupon, who then said I would have to pay a £1 to get any further with my complaint! How ridiculous/ surely they want to know if one of their deals isnt being honoured?!

Im trying to do them a favour but they really try to avoid talking to their customers! Makes me wary of booking anything ever again with them.

I purchased a sparkling afternoon tea for my daughter for Christmas at Bistrot Pierre, but they are not using Groupon now. I need a refund but can't get hold of anyone.

Bistrot Pierre says Groupon should refund my money; they say online because I purchased it on 7th December, it's over the 14 days.

So, no afternoon tea and no refund, what do I do? Do I lose £34.95?
